Job Points (JP) are used by your characters to learn and enhance abilities on the ability grid.

JP Quests[ | ]

By far the quickest method to gain JP is to use a JP Key to unlock the JP Quest. Each JP Quest has a base gain of 1000 JP per unit.

JP Enhancing Items[ | ]

Note that the bonuses add to one another, but do not multiply with each other, so the Job Crystal will always add 500 to a JP Quest regardless of what Ovalite you apply. Given that the XL Ovalites add so much to your JP Quests, it does make all other boosts less important than they once were.

"Bonus JP" Units[ | ]

During special events, some units will be given a JP Bonus. This is typically the first week of a unit's launch, but have also happened at other times, the bonus amount is usually 100% but can vary, especially if multiple units get bonuses in the same week. These units are marked with a "Bonus JP!" logo above the character's head during that time.

Premium Pass[ | ]

The Premium Pass will add an additional 100% JP to all quests. For the JP Quest, that means an additional 1000 JP.

Maximum JP Runs Step-by-step[ | ]

By combining all of the above bonuses, you can acquire JP quite quickly.

This method consumes 1 JP Key and 5 XL Ovalites, but gives each unit a minimum of 11,000 JP per unit.

From the Farplane, select Events, then Key Quest
You will be prompted to consume a JP Key to unlock the quest. Select Confirm.
You will then be taken to the event launch screen. Open the screen.
Now you have your team screen. Select a team with 5 units you want more JP for. The fight itself is trivial, so fill the bench with a JP gain team of any level or abilities.
In the companion slot, invite a friend that has the Job Crystal Vision Card enabled. This will gain an additional 500 JP for each of your units.
Open the Battle Settings screen
Ensure you have "Use JP Acquisition UP Item" toggle set to "On".
Press the "Embark" button
Now at the "Select Unit(s) to use JP Acquisition UP Item screen, select each unit and place an Ovalite (XL Recommended) on each unit.
Select "Confirm and Embark"
Let the battle play out. It will be quick.
Reap the rewards as your units gain between 11,000 and 15,300 JP depending on the number of bonus items and vision cards applied to each unit.
